1. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your  Crown Affair Account or by contacting our team at care@crownaffair.com.

1. All formulas are eligible for recurring subscription. Tools, custom sets, gift sets, lifestyle items, limited edition items and minis are excluded from this program.

1. Your credit card will be charged on the order date selected when you signed up for your subscription.

1. No, changing your charge date and changing your order frequency are different. If you'd like to change both charge date and frequency, you will need to do so separately.

1. You’ll receive one sample with your first subscription order. Following orders will not include a sample.

We will delay your next subscription charge until the items are back in stock. You will receive a notification informing you about the out-of-stock and the next charge date adjustment. 

Because subscription orders are already discounted, discount codes cannot stack with subscription orders.

You can adjust your subscriptions any time by logging into your account or Recharge portal. If you need your order sooner than the frequency listed, reach out directly to  care@crownaffair.com.
