Crown Affair is a haircare and beauty brand founded by Dianna Cohen on the belief that loving your hair begins with understanding how to care for it. Crown Affair aims to create a space where everyone can access the guidance, tools, and community they need to redefine their relationship with their hair, all on their own.
Our products are available in the US and Canada at crownaffair.com, as well as online at Sephora, Gee Beauty, Goop, and Violet Grey.
Each of our products are made as sustainably as possible and are intended to last for a long period of time. All Crown Affair packaging is recyclable, reusable and compostable.
Our products are made with materials sourced from all over the world. We work with the best craftsmen and chemists from Italy, Switzerland, Japan, and Korea to create clean formulas and beautiful tools that transform your everyday hair routine into a true ritual.
We never test on animals, and all of our products are 100% cruelty-free! All of our products are vegan, except for Brushes No. 001 and No. 003, which are made with boar bristles, and The Scrunchie No. 002, which is made from silkworms.
Yes! All of our products are sulfate and paraben free. You can read our full no list here.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items eligible for returns must be received by our team within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Returns received after this timeframe will receive store credit. To initiate a return, please use our returns and exchanges portal here. All returns will be charged a handling fee which is subtracted from your total refund. Your handling fee is subject to your order value. Refunds reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.
If you receive any products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. If you’d like to exchange products just out of preference, that’s ok too — we’re happy to accommodate. Use our returns and exchanges portal here. Please prodive details and we will be happy to help process your request.

Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package.
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, and GooglePay.
Yes, we do accept gift cards as a form of payment. You can purchase them here.
We do not currently offer a formal sampling program at Crown Affair.
At this time, we do not offer a referral program or referral discount. However, this is something we are considering and working on for the future. Stay tuned, and in the meantime, brush your hair!
We currently ship our products to customers in the U.S, including Alaska and Hawaii and Canada. We are working on international expansion to make sure that those living outside of the U.S/Canada can enjoy our rituals soon!
We offer three shipping options: Standard (5-10 Business Days) for both U.S and Canada orders. Rush (1-2 Business Days), and Next Day (1 Business Day) are offered for US orders only. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 for U.S orders and over $100 for Canada orders.
Orders that are placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Due to current shipping delays as a result of COVID-19, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take slightly longer to arrive.
