Haircare is personal—use the below as a guide, but you know your hair best. Get in touch with your roots and find what works for you.
FOR STRAIGHT HAIR: Brushing will be the cornerstone of your routine. Daily brushing helps keep your hair healthy and clean, so take a few minutes every morning and/or night to brush it out. Post-shower, wrap your hair in The Towel to gently absorb water, then gently detangle with The Comb. Apply The Oil to damp hair using your fingertips, from mid-length to ends. A little goes a long way, so remember less is more. Air dry or heat style as usual.
FOR WAVY HAIR: Brush before bed to distribute your hair’s natural oils—you’ll wake up with more volume in your crown and shine in your strands. Always brush before you wash to detangle and remove any build-up from your scalp. After washing, wrap your hair in The Towel to absorb water from your strands, detangle using The Comb, and apply The Oil from mid-length to ends. The Oil is buildable, so start with 2 drops and add more as needed. Air dry or heat style as usual.
FOR CURLY HAIR: Add brushing to your pre-wash ritual to distribute natural oils and keep your curls evenly hydrated. Brushing also helps loosen any product build-up, helping you achieve a cleaner clean before you even pop open your shampoo. In-shower, use The Comb to work conditioner evenly throughout your strands, then use The Towel to dry without damaging your curls. While your hair is still damp, apply The Oil throughout your mid-lengths and ends for a boost of hydration.
FOR COILED HAIR: If you have a looser curl pattern, use The Comb to work conditioner evenly throughout your hair. Use The Towel to blot moisture from your hair for a quicker dry (unless you’re doing a wash and go). Finish by working The Oil through your hair, starting at the mid-lengths and going through to your ends. If you do a twist out, braid out, or wash and go, use The Oil between a leave-in and styling cream to lock in moisture. On the second or third day, lightly spray hair with water and use The Oil on your ends. Use The Brush as needed for styling or edge control.
